Your use of this website is governed by the following terms and conditions. Please read the following terms carefully before you use this website. Your use of this website or any part of this website indicates that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Age Limit
”Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.”

Customers must provide an age statement to confirm the order before purchasing our alcoholic beverages, otherwise the selected order will be canceled.

Order Confirmation

Orders must be confirmed by our company before delivery will be arranged.

Only one shipping address is allowed per order.

The delivery service does not apply if the truck cannot reach directly or if there is no legal unloading point within 50 meters of the delivery address.

Standard Delivery

Free Delivery on Orders Over HKD 1,000 (Excluding Remote Areas and Outlying Islands)
For orders under HKD 1,000, customers are responsible for the delivery fee (please refer to SF Express rates). Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your order free of charge at our Swallowking Liquor Store, or you can contact us to schedule a pick-up at any "Hong Kong Island Line" MTR station.

Delivery Time

The typical delivery timeframe for the Hong Kong area is 3-5 business days.

After successfully placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on your selected delivery destination, under normal circumstances, the ordered products will be delivered to the destination within three to five business days.

The delivery business days exclude Sundays and public holidays, with delivery times from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.

In the event of inclement weather, the delivery service may be delayed, and the company will contact the customer to reschedule the delivery date.

Delivery time slots cannot be specified. The delivery personnel will call approximately 30 minutes before the delivery. If the phone call is unanswered or the recipient is unable to receive the ordered goods at the scheduled time, the company reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee to arrange a new delivery time.

Customers also have the option to select MTR station pick-up or in-store pick-up when placing their order.

Return policy

Swallowking Liquor hopes you have an enjoyable shopping experience, and we promise to provide comprehensive after-sales service.

Customers must inspect the ordered goods for any damage upon receipt. If any damage is found, please notify us immediately to arrange a replacement. The company reserves the right to refuse to replace any goods that have already been signed for.

Within 2 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of signing), if you are dissatisfied with the goods, you can return or exchange them with the original invoice. (However, the company will not accept any requests for return or exchange due to damage or improper storage by the buyer.)

Customers can visit Swallowking Liquor Physical Store and must provide the purchase receipt to obtain the return/exchange service. We do not accept returns by mail.

When returning/exchanging, the original delivery fees and handling fees will not be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will refund the total amount of the goods. If the returned goods included any promotional gifts, those must also be returned together, or the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

Please ensure the returned product does not affect resale, meaning the product and packaging must be in the same condition as when sold, including the same weight, and the product must be unopened and undamaged. If the product condition has changed in any way, the company regrets that we cannot accept the return or exchange, and we appreciate your understanding.
